Home-made firearm seized in St Elizabeth

The Malvern police seized a homemade firearm in Retirement district in Malvern, St Elizabeth, last Tuesday. Reports are that about 8 a.m. a team of officers conducted an operation in which an abandoned premises was searched.

A multicoloured bag containing the firearm was found in bushes. No one was arrested in connection with the find.

Investigations continue.
